"Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality." Romans12:13 Trinity Episcopal church is proud of its community involvement and the regular outreach contributions we make by providing meals on wheels each week to shut-ins, participating in the annual crop walk, United Thank Offering (UTO), American Red Cross Blood Drives and the support we provide to the local food pantries. It is more blessed to give than to receive." Acts 20:35 If you haven't already done so, please take a moment and fill out this year's pledge offering for the pledge recorder. The finance committee needs to know what they'll be working with to prepare next year's budget. Additional information will be posted, as it becomes available.
"For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants." Isaiah 44:3 The Trinity Trumpet is perhaps the most important communication tool we have at Trinity Episcopal Church. Why? Because not everybody is able to come to church every Sunday and hear the Good News or pick up a bulletin. Some cannot always stay and fellowship during the coffee hour and not everyone has a computer to access the Internet. Sally and Nance Thompson work hard every month to put together the Trinity Trumpet. Please submit your newsworthy articles by the 15th of each month. The newsletter is now on-line at our church web site. http://www.trinitysaco.org. It contains all of the same newsletter articles as the mailed version but does not publish personal information such as birthdays or anniversaries. Telephone numbers are only published with approval. In addition, the online version includes links to other pages which may be of interest to you. Links that connect you to your church vestry and volunteer schedules. If you have any newsletter questions please contact Nance or Sally Thompson. For web site questions, please contact our webmaster, Gerard Labbe (646-4553). The Trinity Trumpet is delivered to everyone on our mailing list. Didn't get yours? Is our mailing list up to date? |
